I have worked at senior-level management position with India’s fastest growing bank with total assets US$ 11 billion and amongst India’s 10 most valuable banks known for its technology led digital transformation.

👉 In this role I managed new collaborations with FinTech’s, incubators, accelerators academia and regulators to drive continuous innovation for the Bank. Evaluated over 100+ start-ups for uniqueness, business potential and scalability to provide solution to business problems.

⚡As part of Centre of Excellence (CoE) initiative, organized contests for employees to motivate and garner new ideas that can solve business problems. Also conducted panel discussions on fintech related topics to evangelize fintech adoption internally.

⭐Lead a team of business analysts to oversee project delivery for HR tech applications like Oracle Fusion, Talaeo, API integrations with FinTech’s & IBM for API Banking team and development for Mobile App for Credit Card team.

Manager, Innovation-Social Business & New Media

👉 In this role I lead a team to ideate, strategize and develop new business cases for launching new digital products for the bank.

⚡ Generated 200+ ideas, logged 100+ concept notes, evaluated over 150+ start-ups & partners conducted  25+ POC’s and executed 4 enterprise level projects.

⭐ I also worked with the bank as their social media manager, wherein I lead a team and worked with of 4-6 agencies across social media management, online customer response management and content & creative development.
Conceptualized and strategized campaigns and product launches across various social media platforms.
Lead customer response team to brand reputation management, across all social media channels and App.Handled Digital/ Social Paid Media advertising campaigns with huge budgets (10-100mil) for lead generation and brand campaigns.

My year long stint with Newcastle University was phenomenal, studying and working with a multicultural and multi-disciplinary student group, professors who encouraged me to expand, challenge and adjust my worldview. 

My engagement in Newcastle University’s Student Union, wherein I contested for student elections for the position of International Student Representative and ran my own publicity campaign and my participation in its societies and activities, exercised my creativity and sparked my love for marketing.

My active participation in University’s mountaineering club led to me writing articles for their magazine & volunteering at several occasions at University events. The work experience placement scheme gave me an opportunity to work as a marketing co-coordinator for an internationally recognized product designer in Gateshead, UK which gave me hands-on experience of marketing internationally.

I wrote my dissertation thesis on effective use of Social Media called
“Identifying key strategies for FMCG brands to influence consumers on Social Media”
